Meet Timeline

Dive ***Clinton Hills does not have a dive team. I am working on what we will do.

Swim Warm-ups 6:00 -– Meet starts at 7:00

Mini Orcas: This is what our Minis have been training for! Please declare if your Mini Orca wants to swim their first lap at Tuesday’s meet in Swimtopia. The lap will be at 6:55. All Mini Orcas are welcome to swim. Their coaches will be close by to help them and the rest of the Orcas will be cheering them on.

Volunteers: The sign up is open!

Reminders:

~ please bring your concession stand donation

~ It is your responsibility to get your child to their event. The swimmers are doing a great job checking in with their coaches after each race to get feedback.

~ It is helpful to write the younger swimmers names on their back for the meet. They start to look similar when they have their caps and goggles.

Finals Week

Monday -

Morning:Regular practice with a Pancake Breakfast after each practice. Watch out for a Sign-up Genius to help make this event happen.

Afternoon: Westside “B” Finals at Orchard Hill Swim Club. We will need helpers/volunteers to pull this off. Hosting Westside “B” Finals needs a lot of volunteers to pull off, but it brings in money for the pool. A Sign-up Genius will be coming out soon.

Tuesday -

Swim A Finals Prelims

A timeline will be finalized and shared after tomorrow night's PPSL meeting. These times are tentative.

12 and under: warm ups 12 - 1 – session start 1:10

13 and over: warm ups 5:30 - 6:00 – session start at 6:10

Wednesday

Swim A Finals

All age groups: warm ups 2:30 - 3:45 – session start 4:15

Thursday

Dive A Finals

A note about finals.

Swim: “A Finals” is by invitation based on times. The number of swimmers is limited to 2 per event. “Westside” Swim Finals is for athletes who are not participating at A finals.

Dive: “A Finals: is by invitation based on scores. The number of divers is limited to 2 per age group. “B finals” is for anyone not participating in A Finals. Orchard Hill will NOT be sending anyone to B Dive Finals this year.
